Repairs

For residential repairs in Billings, we charge a $125 diagnostic fee. This covers the technician’s visit to your home, during which they will thoroughly inspect your system and diagnose the issue.

If any additional repairs are needed, the technician will explain the problem and provide a clear price before any work is done. From there, you can make an informed decision about how you’d like to proceed.

After-Hours Service

We understand that heating and cooling issues don’t always happen during regular business hours. That’s why we offer after-hours emergency service for our clients. Our standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For emergencies outside of these hours, our technicians are on-call and ready to help. While the after-hours diagnostic fee reflects the urgency and timing of the visit, repair costs remain the same as during regular hours. If you’re experiencing an emergency, simply give us a call — our team will walk you through the process and dispatch help as quickly as possible.

Our after-hours voicemail is monitored and will include the phone number of the on-call technician. If you have an emergency, please leave a message or contact the on-call technician directly. We’ll be happy to assist you.
